Write 2 Heal
A 1:1 space to slow down, listen inward, and write your way forward.
Guided Reflection Coaching with Roslyn Thompson is unhurried, compassionate, and shaped entirely around you. Schedule through the calendar below — then keep reading to see what happens next.
What happens next
Your 1:1 journey, step by gentle step.
Once you choose a time, here's what unfolds — so nothing about the process feels like a surprise.
Step one
01
Choose a time that feels kind to your calendar.
Pick an opening on Roslyn's schedule that gives you space before and after — no rush, no back-to-back demands. All sessions are held virtually unless we've arranged otherwise.
Step two
02
A warm welcome lands in your inbox.
Within a day, you'll receive a personal confirmation from Roslyn with the meeting link, a few gentle prompts to sit with, and an invitation to share anything you'd like her to know beforehand.
Step three
03
Optional pre-session reflection.
If it feels supportive, take a few quiet minutes with the prompts we send. There is nothing to prepare, nothing to perform — bring whatever is present when we meet.
Step four
04
Your session — unhurried and centered on you.
We begin with grounding, name an intention together, and move through guided reflection and writing at your pace. You are always in charge of what you share and what stays yours.
Step five
05
A gentle next-step note.
After we close, you'll receive a follow-up with any prompts, resources, or reflections we touched on — plus an open door if you'd like to continue the work together.
A quiet reminder.
Write 2 Heal offers reflective, educational, and community-centered support. It does not replace licensed therapy, medical care, or emergency services. If you are in crisis, please call or text 988.
Before we meet
A gentle pre-session checklist.
Nothing here is required — take only what feels supportive. Your presence is enough.
Settle your space
- Find a quiet, private spot where you can speak freely.
- Have water, tissues, or a warm drink within reach.
- Keep a journal or notebook nearby for anything that surfaces.
- Silence notifications on your phone and other devices.
Optional reflection prompts
- What has been asking for my attention lately?
- What word or feeling would I like to leave the session with?
- Is there a chapter of my story I'm ready to gently revisit?
- What kind of support feels most nourishing right now?
Accessibility accommodations
Reply to your welcome email to request any of the following — no explanation needed:
- Live captions or a written transcript.
- Audio-only session (camera off, or phone call).
- Extra pacing, longer pauses, or shorter session length.
- Screen-reader-friendly prompts sent in plain text.
- Content warnings before sensitive prompts.
Care for your nervous system
- Take three slow breaths before we begin — in for four, out for six.
- Know you can pause, skip a prompt, or end early at any point.
- Plan a soft landing after: a walk, tea, rest, or a trusted person to check in with.
- If you're in crisis, please call or text 988 before our session.
Gentle answers
A few things people often ask before booking.
If something else is on your mind, reach out anytime — no question is too small.
- What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
- Life shifts — that's okay. You can reschedule or cancel through the confirmation email up to 24 hours before your session, no explanation needed. If something urgent comes up closer to the time, just reply to Roslyn's welcome note and she'll find a new window with you.
- How long is a session?
- A standard 1:1 Guided Reflection session runs about 60 minutes, with a few gentle moments on either end to arrive and to close. Longer or shorter formats can be arranged after your first session if that better serves your rhythm.
- Is what I share kept private?
- Yes. Anything you share in session — spoken, written, or reflected on — stays between you and Roslyn. Notes are minimal, kept securely, and never shared. Write 2 Heal is reflective and educational support, not licensed therapy, so it does not create a clinical record.
- What if I need to wait before starting?
- Take all the time you need. If you're not ready to schedule yet, you're welcome to sit with the free resources, join the community, or subscribe for gentle updates. When the moment feels right — days, weeks, or months from now — the calendar will still be here, and so will we.
